Cooking Connection
At Culinary Life Academy, we bring our workshop themes into the kitchen, catering to chefs of all skill levels—from beginners to veterans. Each workshop features expert instruction, engaging storytelling, and delicious recipes designed for participants of all ages. We include a comprehensive written curriculum and a video guide, allowing participants to learn and cook in a hands-on environment.
Historical Connection

Each session focuses on a country and is designed to be fun and relatable, offering standards-aligned learning along with live cooking instructions. The culinary heritage of each culture reveals its values and history, illustrating how food nourishes both our bodies and our connections with one another.

We also include a Culinary Life Academy "Thinking Question" to help participants apply workshop themes to their daily lives and also empower them with culinary and life skills. Our programs' supplemental, standards-aligned curriculum is available for educators and community organizers to enhance lessons and inspire multiple discussions after each one of our cooking session.
